My husband was in the mood for something healthy and requested baked tofu, sauteed cabbage and kale, and rice. Ok, hubs, sounds good to me! I had some parsnips and baked those too, which made for a a nice flavorful addition to the meal. This isn’t a special meal in any regard, but I’m sharing it because its just an idea for a tasty, easy and nutritious plate.
Then we added the sesame seeds that I had left over from the other night!
